Kristin's instruction offers wholeness and quality to clients' lives. With consistency, students will see improvement in strength and flexibility. Core strength will improve which is key to having balance in any fitness regimen. Stress is reduced significantly through learning techniques that calm and focus the mind. Balance and coordination improve. Concentration and learning skills improve through learning how to direct attention during practice. An overall sense of peace and tranquility will be cultivated through learning how to focus on the present moment.
Group & private sessions available off site. Private session rates will apply, but may be split among the group (for example, if 5 people share a 60 min. session, the rates would be $15 per person, total).
$75 for a sixty minute session
$105 for a ninety minute session
